Single row and cross-roller slewing bearings use more slewing bearings in daily life, but they make a big difference:
1. The static load capacity of a single row contact ball slewing bearing is about 90% higher than that of a cross roller slewing bearing, but the dynamic load capacity is about 25% smaller.
2. Single row contact ball slewing bearing has greater flexibility but the gap is larger than the cross roller slewing bearing.
3. The accuracy of the cross roller slewing is higher than that of a single row contact ball slewing bearing.
In addition, the dynamic and static load capacity of the cross roller is far from the theoretical calculation value for two reasons:
First, there is definitely an error in the angle of the raceway.Secondly, there is a radial gap in the shaft. The inner and outer rings are relatively inclined during operation.
The inner and outer rings correspond to the raceway surface and are inclined along the entire length of the rolling body bus bar up to 0.1 mm.
It is difficult to achieve both manufacturing and use. However, the gap between the actual dynamic and static load capacity of the crossed rollers and the theoretical dynamic and static load capacity still exists.
